The main thing I miss about cooking not Whole30, is pasta. Pasta is like the easiest, cheapest thing to make. Not to mention it’s freaking delicious.
I came across this recipe in my cookbook “Against All Grain; Meals Made Simple” by Danielle Walker. It uses potatoes instead of pasta, which was a neato swap.
It also has scallops and pesto. Which are two of the best ingredients ever in my mind.
If you are doing Whole30 and craving some pasta, try with substitution, you wont be sorry!
