This is in my top 5 favorite Whole30 recipes I think. It’s so flavorful but also so healthy!! Right up my alley!
The recipe came from my cookbook “Meals Made Simple” by Danielle Walker.
I used local Mayport Florida shrimp (the only way to go). And spaghetti squash? I think I could survive off this full time.
All the smells of this dish were amazinggg. The tomatoes, ghee and garlic cooking in the oven. Oh my gosh. Seriously as it was baking, I was drooling. There may, or may not, have been some drool that fell onto the dish. Whoops.
