People. Talk about a gourmet meal.
This dish only took about 20 minutes to make and it looks like it should be served at a fancy dinner party.
I actually felt bad that I was just putting it directly in Tupperware, instead of plating it on fancy dishes, and inviting someone like the Queen to come eat with us. (Cause that could totally happen).
When I cook meals like this, I wish I didn’t meal prep on the weekends and instead just served it up for dinner that night. But if I want to remain sane during the week with 2 babies, and a husband who doesn’t come home until 6pm, then I will continue to meal prep my life away on the weekends!
