So the biggest surprise of my life was pulled off today. My best friend flew from Arizona to Florida to SURPRISE me with a visit!! Like how did this even happen. If you know anything about me, I find out about EVERY single surprise anyone has tried to pull on me. No joke. Christmas presents, birthday presents, any plans – I know them all. Somehow, though, my three favorite people in life (my mom, my husband and my best friend, Meagan), pulled this off. I still don’t even understand.

The only downside of a surprise is you have no time to prepare!! And I’m a planner. Luckily Meagan and I are like the same person when it comes too food. Think salads and wine. Unlike when Mark’s family visits and I need to go buy an actual cow.
