I swear if you ever need recipe ideas just turn on Food Network for like 10 minutes and you should be salivating at at least one thing. I salivated over both of these things. While I was watching them on tv, while I was cooking and while I consumed the meal. Clearly I need to rehydrate.

I made the salad first. And while the roasted carrots were cooling on the baking sheet, I ate a few. And by a few, I mean like half the sheet. Oops.
The chicken took a little more work, and a lot more mess. Somehow, I always forget when I am stuffing chicken (using any recipe) I’m gonna get messy. I’m pretty sure half the stuffing ingredients where scattered on my body by the end of dinner.
Mark’s brother Jeff came over and was my baby watching angel. If he wasn’t spinning in circles around the living room with Uncle Jeff, I think Cooper would have gotten several burns on his little body due to oil splattering all over the kitchen. This recipe sounds like a world war 3 explosion went off in my kitchen. The mess, and near death experience was worth it thought. Trust me.
