This salad was made for my husband and me…he likes all things burger and meat related, and I like all things salad and lettuce related. He is like a grizzly bear and I am a rabbit.

This salad was a cinch to throw together. Basically just take a cheeseburger, separate all the elements, dice them up, and throw them on a mound of lettuce.

I loved it, Mark loved it, and Cooper loved picking every single hamburger bun crouton out of my bowl. Kids man.

Mark warmed his up which I thought was really weird because who likes warm romaine lettuce? I guess he thought this meal was more of a cheeseburger than I actually realized.  But it’s totally a salad. He’s dumb.
