Mexican food. I could eat it EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Whenever my mom comes into town that’s all we will eat. For a week straight. Not even lying.

This chicken was smothered in cilantro and lime juice. I know there are people who don’t like cilantro. But I just don’t get those people.

The corn was simple, just boil it and then rub some chive infused butter all over it. Any kinda butter (infused or not) is sensational, because, c’mon it’s butter.

The final additions to the chicken were fresh slices of lime and avocado. Basically you can’t get more healthy than this, people. Besides the butter. But just do what I did and decide to conveniently forget about the calories in butter. See? Healthy.
