Days like today, when I am doing the single parent thing because Mark is working so much, I pull out my handy dandy Crock Pot. Basically, the Crock Pot equals love. The amount of time you save alone makes you want to throw a dance party in your kitchen. That, on top of all the flavors marinating together all day? Mouth watering.
This recipe came from the Cooking Light May 2016 magazine. http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/slow-cooker-ramen-bowls.
So actually…this recipe was longer than the average crock pot recipe. But I didn’t know that until I was already committed. Crap. Oh well it was worth it.
This soupy, flavorful, goodness is what we could have used the last few days while we were sick. But ramen is something that can always be consumed. Just ask any college student, c’mon.
