Mark and I gave been wanting a change of pace from the typical “grilled protein and veggies” that I usually resort to making. I wanted to make something fatty and fun and chicken wings pooped in my mind. But I was almost positive those fried little things weren’t Whole30 approved.
But I found a recipe. Baked wings. Done.

These things were SO good. The moment Mark tried one he said I must make them every football Sunday. Done again.
I think the best thing about this recipe is chicken wings are so freaking cheap!! I usually only buy chicken breasts, but hell, we are switching to surviving off chicken wings now.
