These Whole30 recipes I’m finding are wayyyyy better than I thought they were going to be. Mark went to get a second helping tonight (aka finish the rest of the meal) and I freaked out and said “wait split that with me!!!!”.
There were no carb-y noodles harmed in this dish either.
It was all just voodles. Veggie noodles. Zucchini, carrots and bell peppers.
The “peanut” sauce was actually from sunflower butter, not peanut butter. Because peanuts are not allowed on Whole30 but all other nuts/seeds are? I don’t know the reasoning behind that, but I’m complying.
I need to start doubling (or even tripling) these recipes because I kind of wanted to cry when there were no leftovers to box up tonight.
