This tastes exactly like Chinese Take Out. I’M NEVER ORDERING TAKE OUT AGAIN.

Psh. Kidding. Of course I’m ordering Take Out. And Delivery. And pre-made Trader Joe’s meals. And anything else that sounds remotely lazy.

But in all seriousness, this Beef and Broccoli was like the easiest thing to make and I couldn’t even tell a difference from the real restaurant stuff.

But the real issue is, I can’t decide if the Beef and Broccoli or the Grilled Cabbage Steaks were better. Cabbage Steaks sound like something you’d find in a garden with rabbit droppings on top. But oh my goodness these little purple gems were to die for. The vinaigrette is what made it. It was a combo of eggs, lemon juice, capers, dill pickles, shallots and vinegar. I just wanted to spoon the stuff into my mouth.

If you wanna impress guests with your Asian Cuisine skills, make this dinner. The cabbage dish isn’t asian, but if they make a fuss about that then they shouldn’t be your friends because they sound dumb.
