Since I spent approximately 85 hours yesterday making empanadas, I needed to make something simple for dinner tonight. Basically, just so I wouldn’t go insane. And I’m convinced it doesn’t get any simpler than spaghetti.
I got this recipe from the Cooking Light April 2016 edition. http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/spaghetti-spinach-avocado-sauce. Let me tell you -this sauce is a better version of pesto. And pesto is already killer, so I doubled died.
Before I made the Spaghetti, I had to make cookies though. I mean, I had to. Mainly because I was bored for about 30 seconds and needed something to do. And Salted Cookies? Today my awesome friend got us out of the house to go to the park. I know the park: Not such a big deal. But when you’re a new mom and stay at home almost everyday, let me tell you the park is a BIG deal.
